Junior Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn / B2B)
FuturiX Solutions is looking for a Junior Lead Generation Specialist to help us find potential clients for our IT services.
You will work mainly with LinkedIn outreach, lead research, and help our sales team connect with new companies.
This role is a good start for someone who wants to grow in Lead Generation, SDR, or B2B Sales.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
🔹Identify potential clients using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
🔹Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests + follow-up messages)
🔹Build and maintain lead databases
🔹Qualify and segment leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
🔹Pass qualified leads to the Sales team
🔹Track and analyze outreach metrics (reply rate, booked calls)
🔹Work with CRM systems or lead tracking tools
📋 Requirements:
🔹Good organizational and time management skills
🔹Interest in lead generation or B2B sales
🔹Basic understanding of lead generation principles
🔹Basic knowledge of LinkedIn for research and outreach
🔹Willingness to follow structured outreach processes
🔹Basic experience with CRM tools or lead tracking systems is a plus
🔹English level B1–B2 or higher
