Senior Product Manager

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful launches of large or complex products;

- Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, business models, and unit economics;

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working across multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Will be plus:

- Knowledge of market-specific requirements (regulations, compliance, localization);

- Skills in strategic planning and product P&L management.

Soft Skills: 

- Leadership: ability to guide teams, build trust, and establish authority;

- Strong negotiation skills for working with partners and stakeholders;

- Strategic mindset, capable of balancing long-term goals with day-to-day operational management.

Responsibilities:

- Full ownership of the development and management of a standalone product;

- Defining and executing product strategy, positioning, and the roadmap;

- Requirements management, timeline control, and release quality assurance;

- Working with key metrics: user growth, retention, and profitability;

- Collaboration with partners, clients, and internal teams (Dev, BI, CRM, Marketing).
