Acquisition Data Analyst

About the Role

Oddity is a consumer-tech company that builds and scales digital-first brands disrupting the offline-dominated beauty and wellness industries. Our first brand, IL MAKIAGE, leads the future of beauty by connecting people with superior products through unparalleled technology.

We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who combines strong technical skills with business intuition. You will own the analytics behind our customer acquisition โ€” and translate data into strategies that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Marketing Analytics

  • Develop and monitor marketing KPI dashboards; proactively flag anomalies and resolve data issues
  • Analyze channel performance and customer lifetime value to support acquisition decision-making
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to surface actionable insights on acquisition performance
  • Own analytics projects focused on website behavior and conversion funnel optimization

Data Infrastructure & Reporting

  • Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and data models from multiple marketing data sources
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability
  • Implement and scale dashboarding solutions

Strategic Contribution

  • Translate analytical findings into clear, concise recommendations for senior leadership
  • Proactively explore new acquisition opportunities; bring ideas that could drive breakthrough growth

Requirements

  • MUST: B2+ English proficiency (primary working language)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/BI analyst/BI developer, ideally in e-commerce or D2C with high data volume
  • Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL / Redshift, including DDL and DML)
  • Solid grasp of statistics and quantitative analysis methods
  • Experience with at least one BI/visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)
  • Strong communication skills โ€” able to present complex analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

Would Be A Plus

  • Experience with paid media (Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Python for data analysis and automation
  • Experience with ETL tools and pipeline management

Who You Are

  • Highly autonomous โ€” you don't wait to be told what to analyze; you go find the answer
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented โ€” you sense-check your own work and think through edge cases
  • Comfortable with ambiguity โ€” you can structure and prioritize in a fast-changing environment
  • A strong communicator โ€” you make data understandable to anyone in the room
  • Commercially minded โ€” you connect analytical outputs to business outcomes, not just numbers

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Health insurance and sports compensation
  • Optional English courses
  • Modern Kyiv office (Creative States, Arsenalna) with shelter and 24/7 access
  • Hybrid schedule with flexible hours (core hours 10amโ€“7pm)
  • Real ownership and room for professional growth in a dynamic, collaborative team
