Someone who can take a complex blockchain product, reverse-engineer it into structured learning, and scale that knowledge across a global team through automation and smart design. Your scope of responsibility:

• Own the full L&D cycle — from diagnosing knowledge gaps to designing programs, delivering them, and measuring impact
• Build proprietary learning programs from scratch: Sales Excellence, Product Deep Dives, Web3 Compliance, Soft Skills — you don't wait for a template, you create the standard
• Run and scale the LMS ecosystem (TalentLMS or equivalent) — automate tracks, customize journeys, ensure knowledge is accessible 24/7
• Facilitate live workshops and webinars — you hold the room, translate complexity into clarity, and make people want to come back
• Develop a product understanding at the level of a Product Owner — you know BitHide well enough to teach it, not just describe it
• Implement and track learning metrics (ROI, Knowledge Retention, Completion Rate) - you operate on data, not on feel

Who we're looking for:

• A professional with 3+ years in L&D/Training exclusively inside product-driven IT companies — not corporate training, not consulting, product
• A domain insider with hands-on understanding of Crypto / Blockchain / FinTech - you've built learning in these industries, not just read about them
• An LMS expert with practical platform experience TalentLMS or equivalent — you know how to turn software into a seamless tool, not a frustration
• An instructional designer and practitioner in one — you independently write scripts, build long-reads, produce interactive video, and create modules that actually work
• A structural thinker with zero tolerance for chaos — your systems have logic, hierarchy, and clarity baked in from day one
