Head of Sales to $5000

We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our Lead-to-FTD conversion and drive revenue growth.
You will manage internal and outsourced call centers, optimizing sales processes across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end Lead → FTD conversion, ensuring high conversion rates and CAC efficiency.
Build, manage, and optimize sales funnels, CRM pipelines, and first-line sales operations.
Collaborate with Marketing, Payments, and Retention teams to align strategies and performance metrics.
Develop and lead a performance-driven sales team culture.

Requirements:
5+ years in sales leadership within CFD, Forex, fintech, iGaming, or high-velocity B2C.
Experience managing call centers and working with sales tech stacks (telephony, CRM, AI tools).
Strong analytical skills with a KPI-focused mindset; English B2+ required, Spanish a plus.
