Project Manager to $2700

At Kozak Group, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can effectively manage complex software development projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will work closely with technical teams and clients, ensuring smooth project delivery, transparent communication, and efficient development processes. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and actively uses AI tools to improve planning, documentation, and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks throughout the full SDLC.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and provide regular reporting and project updates.
• Manage and optimize product backlogs, ensuring proper prioritization and planning.
• Work with different delivery models, including Time & Material and Fixed Cost projects.
• Ensure effective collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Identify and resolve issues within development processes and continuously improve team workflows.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable environment that enables teams to perform at a high level.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as understanding of Waterfall approaches.
• Experience working with Time & Material and Fixed Cost delivery models.
• Strong backlog management, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work (for planning, documentation, analysis, or workflow optimization).
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Business Analysis.
• Experience participating in or facilitating product discovery phases.
• Experience writing structured documentation (PRD, requirements, specifications).
• Technical background or strong understanding of development processes.

Interview Stages

Stage 1. HR Interview (up to 1 hour) General questions, motivation, and experience overview.
Stage 2. Interview with Delivery Manager (up to 2 hours) Case discussion and evaluation of delivery, management, and technical understanding.
