Senior Machine Learning, Data Consultant (Finance Analytics)

Data & Analytics GmbH is looking for a Senior Machine Learning & Data Consultant to support a financial services client in building advanced analytics and data-driven models for customer segmentation, marketing optimization, and sales steering in the investment funds business.

You will work on developing machine learning models, designing analytical pipelines, and translating business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models for customer segmentation and behavioral analysis
• Develop cluster analysis models to segment retail customers and banking partners
• Build and automate Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and customer value calculation models
• Retrain and optimize existing machine learning models using updated datasets
• Design data processing workflows and automate analytical pipelines using Azure Machine Learning
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies

• Ensure high-quality model testing, validation, and documentation

   

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Python for data science and machine learning
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning and ML pipelines
• Experience implementing customer segmentation and clustering models
• Solid experience working with Git-based development workflows
• Experience in financial services data or banking analytics is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
