Data and Web Analytics Analyst (Customer Insights)

We are Data&Analytics GmbH Team and we are seeking a Data & Web Analytics Analyst to support analytics initiatives for a financial services client. The role focuses on analyzing digital customer journeys, preparing data for machine learning models, and developing dashboards to support sales and marketing decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct web analytics to analyze website usage and customer journeys
• Work with Mapp Intelligence or similar analytics platforms to analyze user behavior
• Prepare, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources for analytical models
• Support development and validation of machine learning models
• Create Power BI dashboards for sales steering and demographic insights
• Develop automated reporting pipelines and ensure data quality

• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to translate analytics into insights

   

Requirements:

• Experience with SQL (Oracle preferred) and Python for data analysis
• Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (preferably Mapp Intelligence)
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows and data preparation
• Experience using Git for version control
• Structured and analytical working style
