Sales Team Lead (B2C)

The B2C Sales Team Lead is responsible for leading and developing a team of sales agents who communicate with customers via phone and drive revenue through direct sales.

In this role, you will oversee daily team operations, monitor performance, support agents through coaching and training, and ensure the team consistently achieves sales targets. You will work closely with other Team Leads and internal departments to improve sales processes, maintain high service standards, and implement the company’s sales strategy.

This position combines leadership, performance management, and operational coordination, making it ideal for candidates with strong sales experience and team management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the B2C Call Sales team, ensuring effective daily operations and high performance standards.
2. Drive team sales performance by monitoring targets, KPIs, and implementing improvement actions.
3. Coach and develop sales agents to continuously improve results and professional skills.
4. Support team growth by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new agents.
5. Monitor operational metrics and provide performance reporting and insights.
6. Implement sales processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and resolve complex cases.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

English: B2–C1 

Ukrainian: Fluent
1+ year of experience in sales or in a team leadership role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Solid understanding of sales processes and performance metrics
