About the Role:
The Salesforce Developer will design and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, bridging advanced computer vision features with enterprise workflows.
You will own end-to-end development of managed packages, navigate the security review process, and deliver seamless integrations with product, infrastructure and support systems.
Your impact will be visible in reducing time-to-resolution for global customers and scaling AI-driven visual guidance across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and build maintainable, scalable Salesforce applications following best practices.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web Components to support enterprise use cases.
- Lead requirements analysis, estimation and the resolution of production incidents.
- Advise stakeholders on Force.com solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Own the end-to-end release process for managed packages, including AppExchange submission and security review.
- Integrate Visual AI features with Salesforce workflows and data models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, API, infrastructure, QA and support teams.
- Guide business users through UAT and ensure a smooth adoption experience.
- Mentor and coach junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Competence and Skills:
- 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in Salesforce development.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and SOSL.
- Proven track record building AppExchange-facing managed packages and completing Salesforce security reviews.
- In-depth knowledge of Field Service Lightning components (Case, Work Order, Service Appointment).
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control, CI/CD and SSO methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud or FSL preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated resilience and stable career progression with ownership of end-to-end delivery.
Nice to Have:
- Experience integrating AI-driven agents or automation solutions within Salesforce.
- Polish language proficiency.
