We’re growing fast and looking for a Partner Manager / Channel Partnerships Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem across agencies, SaaS tools, consultants, and communities in the outbound and B2B growth space.

What You’ll Do
- Build and scale the partner ecosystem
You will identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners that can help distribute GigRadar’s services and generate qualified opportunities.- Examples of partners include:
- Outbound agencies
- Sales consultants
- GTM advisory firms
- SaaS tools in the outbound stack
- Communities in B2B SaaS and revenue operations
- Develop revenue-generating partnerships
- Examples of partners include:
Your focus is not just partnerships for brand awareness but partnerships that drive real pipeline.
You will:
- Design partner collaboration models
- Launch co-marketing initiatives
- Create referral and revenue-share partnerships
- Build long-term strategic alliances
- Run the partner lifecycle
You will own the entire partnership journey:
- Prospect and identify potential partners
- Initiate conversations and evaluate fit
- Negotiate partnership structures
- Launch joint initiatives
- Maintain and grow partner relationships
- Drive co-marketing and community initiatives
You will collaborate with partners on:
- Webinars
- co-marketing campaigns
- industry events
- partner newsletters
- community engagement
The goal is to expand GigRadar’s reach within the outbound ecosystem.
- Turn partnerships into revenue
You will work closely with the growth and sales team to ensure partnerships translate into:
- qualified meetings
- new client acquisition
- strategic market exposure
What We’re Looking For
- Partnership builder mindset

- B2B SaaS / outbound industry exposure
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- outbound sales
- B2B SaaS
- MarTech / sales tech
- lead generation agencies
- growth consulting
- Business development experience
- You likely have experience in:
- Partnerships
- business development
- channel management
- strategic alliances
- Strong communication and networking skills
- You are comfortable:
- initiating conversations with senior professionals
- building relationships online and offline
- representing a company in industry communities
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial
- This role requires someone who:
- enjoys building things from zero
- can operate independently
- is comfortable experimenting with new partnership models

Experience with:
- outbound sales tools ecosystem (Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, etc.)

- Build a repeatable partner pipeline
