HR Generalist
We are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about recruitment but ready to expand their responsibilities by working on HR processes. If you’re seeking a space to bring your ideas to life and want to improve company workflows — you’re the one we’re looking for!
What you’ll be doing:
Recruitment (80% of your time):
— Managing hiring requests and defining ideal candidate profiles based on company needs.
— Posting job openings on various platforms and conducting active candidate searches on LinkedIn, Behance, Upwork and more.
— Conducting initial interviews via Zoom or Google Meet and guiding candidates through the recruitment stages.
— Building and maintaining a talent pool database in Notion.
— Developing and refining recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
HR Processes (20% of your time):
— Monitoring employee satisfaction and engagement through regular 1:1 meetings.
— Assisting in creating and implementing motivation systems and conducting surveys (e.g., eNPS, 360 feedback).
— Organizing onboarding for new hires and supporting their integration into the team.
— Proposing and implementing HR practices that enhance the company’s culture and processes.
What we expect from you:
— 1.5+ years of experience in a similar role.
— Strong Intermediate English or higher.
— Proficiency in Notion, Slack, Gmail, and Google Workspace.
— Deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle and modern sourcing tools.
— Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
— Positive mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
