You will:
- Identify and source potential clients that fit the target customer profile for Allpass.ai solutions (KYC, KYB, onboarding, fraud prevention, compliance tools)
- Research companies across fintech, crypto, payments, iGaming, marketplaces, and digital platforms to build prospect lists
- Reach out to decision-makers and initiate conversations with potential clients
- Evaluate leads based on business fit, compliance needs, and growth potential
- Identify key decision-makers (compliance leaders, product leaders, founders, operations teams)
- Manage leads and outreach activities in the CRM and maintain accurate records
- Conduct introductory calls to present Allpass.ai solutions and understand prospect needs
- Qualify opportunities and schedule product demos with the sales team
We Expect:
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales development role
- English — Intermediate (B1+) or higher
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance technology
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience working with CRM systems and outbound sales tools
- Strong communication and research skills
- A proactive, structured, and “get things done” attitude
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of digital identity, compliance, KYC/KYB, or fraud prevention workflows
- Existing network within fintech, payments, crypto, or iGaming industries
- Experience selling compliance, fraud prevention, or identity verification products
- Familiarity with KYC/KYB regulations or onboarding workflows
- Knowledge of additional languages

KPI (Probation Period)
- By the end of the probation period, the SDR is expected to:
- Deliver 10 completed demo calls
- Ensure at least 50% of those demos are qualified for further sales engagement
