Business Analyst (Internship)

At DICEUS, we are inviting motivated candidates to join our Business Analyst Internship and begin their professional journey in software delivery and product development.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with enterprise-level solutions in the insurance domain, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn how Business Analysts contribute to building successful digital products.

During the internship, you will work alongside experienced Business Analysts and development teams, supporting requirement analysis, documentation preparation, and communication with project stakeholders.

What You Will Be Learning

Throughout the internship, you will develop key Business Analysis skills, including:

Requirements Analysis

• Collecting and documenting basic functional requirements
• Structuring and analyzing gathered information
• Identifying missing information and clarifying requirements
• Supporting the preparation of user stories and specifications

Business Analysis Documentation

• Creating user flows, diagrams, and documentation
• Maintaining and updating requirements documentation
• Organizing information in shared project workspaces

Project Collaboration

• Participating in Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, planning sessions, demos
• Preparing meeting materials such as notes, diagrams, and questions
• Supporting demo preparation and testing

Communication Skills

• Participating in client and internal meetings
• Documenting feedback and requirement updates
• Communicating task status and clarifications with the team
