Business Analyst (Entry Level / Trainee / Associate)

At DICEUS, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to start a career in Business Analysis and gain hands-on experience in software delivery and product development.

This role is designed for candidates at the beginning of their careers who are eager to learn how digital products are built, how business requirements are transformed into technical solutions, and how cross-functional teams collaborate to deliver enterprise-level software.

You will work closely with experienced Business Analysts, developers, and product teams on real projects in the insurance domain, learning Agile practices, requirement analysis, and documentation standards used in professional software development.

What You Will Learn

• Fundamentals of Business Analysis in software development
• How to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Writing user stories, specifications, and functional documentation
• Working with industry tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello
• Participating in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos
• Understanding and applying Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders
