Junior Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:

Junior Lead Generation Specialist at VELaunch Books sits at the intersection of outreach, operations, and content — keeping the marketing engine running smoothly on a daily basis. You'll be the person who brings order to data and processes, maintains consistency, communicates statuses transparently, and moves tasks to the next step without being asked twice. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on structure, takes ownership of their lane, and finds satisfaction in a system that works.

What you'll do:

• LinkedIn Outreach / B2B Communication — sourcing and qualifying contacts by ICP, sending connection requests, follow-ups, running conversations by script, moving leads to a call or meeting.
• Operations / CRM / Analytics — managing HubSpot (contacts, tags, pipeline), basic reporting, QA of digital touchpoints (landing pages, forms, links).

• Content Support — maintaining a content calendar, preparing materials from templates, publishing, and basic performance tracking.

   

Requirements:

•  LinkedIn outreach experience: lead conversations, prospect sourcing, booking meetings — required
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot or equivalent) — required
• 1+ year of experience with proven ability to work within processes and maintain consistency
• Ukrainian — fluent, English B2+
• Google Sheets, Zoom / Meet — confident user

• Organized, disciplined, proactive — in practice.

   

Nice to have: B2B background, experience working with experts/coaches, Canva/Figma, Notion, ClickUp, ChatGPT, understanding of YouTube as a channel.
