We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and help grow our partnerships and client network in the AI space.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills who enjoys building relationships, exploring new opportunities, and driving business growth. Candidates with experience in project management, partnerships, account management, or sales are also welcome.

We are open to candidates with or without direct business development experience, as long as they demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Participate in negotiations and support deal structuring
  • Conduct market research and identify potential leads
  • Communicate with international clients and partners
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and partnership materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, management, marketing)
  • Participate in networking activities, events, and partnership initiatives

     

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • English level B2+ (spoken and written)
  • Background in IT, consulting, or related fields (1+ year)
  • Experience in business development or project management, partnerships, sales, or account management (1+ year)
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain professional communication
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
  • Understanding of AI, technology, or digital products
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with international clients or partners
  • Experience in grant programs, partnerships, or innovation ecosystems
  • Experience participating in international projects or collaborations
