Senior Load Test Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Load Test Engineer who lives and breathes performance testing. You know how systems behave under pressure — and you break them before users do.
What you'll be doing:
— Design and execute load, stress, spike & soak tests against critical platform flows
— Pinpoint exactly where and why performance degrades — not just that it does
— Build reusable, version-controlled performance test scripts
— Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines to catch regressions early
— Define performance benchmarks in collaboration with engineering & product teams
— Monitor platform behavior under load using observability tools and correlate metrics with test results
— Present clear, actionable findings to engineering teams
What we're looking for:
✅ 5+ years of hands-on performance & load testing on production-scale systems
✅ Strong experience with k6, Gatling, JMeter, or Locust — complex scripts from scratch
✅ Solid understanding of backend architecture, databases & infrastructure under load
✅ Comfortable with Grafana, Datadog, New Relic or similar
✅ HTTP, WebSockets & real-time communication protocols
✅ Experience testing APIs under load: auth flows, concurrent sessions, stateful scenarios
✅ Familiar with CI/CD pipelines & agile engineering teams
