About the Role

Techchain Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Web3 and AI products to support product discovery, business analysis, and documentation for custom software projects.

We build Web3 platforms, blockchain applications, and AI-powered products for startups and growing companies. We need someone who can translate product ideas and client requirements into clear, structured documentation for designers and developers.

This role is hands-on and analytical, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to independently structure complex product ideas.

The position is part-time and can work well as an additional engagement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product discovery and requirement clarification with stakeholders
  • Translate product ideas into structured product documentation
  • Prepare Product Requirements Documents (PRD)
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Define and document MVP scope and feature logic
  • Create user flows and process diagrams
  • Perform competitor and market analysis to help shape product decisions
  • Identify risks, assumptions, and unclear requirements early
  • Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure requirements are clear and implementable

     

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
  • Experience working on Web3 or AI products
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking
  • Ability to independently break down complex product ideas into clear requirements
  • Experience preparing product and technical documentation
  • Strong communication skills and responsibility for deadlines

     

Experience with:

  • PRD / product specifications
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Business process diagrams
  • User flows
  • Feature breakdown and documentation

 

Tools

  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Miro / FigJam
  • Figma (basic understanding)
  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for productivity

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working as Product Owner
  • Strong product thinking and prioritization skills
  • Experience conducting competitor analysis and product research
  • Ability to create quick sketches or low-fidelity product drafts to communicate ideas and guide designers
  • Experience with DeFi, crypto platforms, or AI SaaS products

Work Format

  • Part-time
  • Up to 4 hours/day
  • Up to 80 hours/month

Compensation

Up to $15/hour depending on experience.
