UI/UX Designer

Trinetix is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in creating intuitive, user-centered digital products, including interfaces for AI-powered features such as chatbots and agentic systems. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to design seamless, accessible, and scalable user experiences. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex functionality into clear and engaging designs. 
 

Requirements 

• 4+ years of experience in a UI/UX Designer role 
• Strong expertise in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications 
• Experience designing AI-powered features, including chatbots or intelligent/agentic systems 
• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions 
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles 
• Ability to collaborate closely with product, business, and engineering teams 
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Abstract, and Miro 
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to support effective collaboration with developers 
• Strong communication and presentation skills  
   

Nice-to-haves 

• Experience designing data-heavy or enterprise-level applications 
• Familiarity with Gen AI behaviors and human–AI interaction patterns 
• Experience working in Agile / SCRUM environments 
• Background in design systems or component-based design 
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams 
   

Languages: 

English: at least Upper-Intermediate (B2, all of our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations. 
 

Core Responsibilities 

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile products 
• Create UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for new features and enhancements 
• Design and refine interfaces for AI-powered features, including chatbots and agentic systems 
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions 
• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are applied across all designs 
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment 
• Maintain and evolve design systems, guidelines, and documentation 
• Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and design discussions
