Lead Manager / CRM
We are looking for a Lead Manager / CRM to handle incoming inquiries from potential clients for a legal project.
The main responsibility of this role is initial lead processing, communication with clients, and transferring qualified leads to sales managers.
Responsibilities
- Work with the CRM system: communicate with incoming leads, enter information, and update lead statuses.
- Conduct initial client qualification based on established criteria.
- Transfer qualified leads to sales managers.
- Ensure timely responses and perform follow-ups.
- Process incoming inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
- Previous experience in customer support or a call center will be a plus.
Nice to have
- Additional languages: Spanish / Russian / Chinese / Arabic.
