Lead Manager / CRM

We are looking for a Lead Manager / CRM to handle incoming inquiries from potential clients for a legal project.


The main responsibility of this role is initial lead processing, communication with clients, and transferring qualified leads to sales managers.


Responsibilities

  • Work with the CRM system: communicate with incoming leads, enter information, and update lead statuses.
  • Conduct initial client qualification based on established criteria.
  • Transfer qualified leads to sales managers.
  • Ensure timely responses and perform follow-ups.
  • Process incoming inquiries in a timely manner.


Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a call center will be a plus.


Nice to have

  • Additional languages: Spanish / Russian / Chinese / Arabic.
