Machine Learning Developer (Bioremediation Systems)

We are looking for a Machine Learning / Data Science specialist to contribute to a research project focused on bioremediation systems.

The main goal is to develop data-driven models to understand interactions between biological systems (e.g., microbial communities) and environmental pollutants, helping improve the efficiency of bioremediation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ML models to analyze interactions between biological systems and pollutants
• Build data-driven diagnostic and prediction tools
• Analyze environmental and biological datasets
• Support optimization of bioremediation processes

Required expertise

• Machine Learning / Data Science
• Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Experience with complex biological or environmental datasets
