Our client, a high-tech defense company at the forefront of innovation, is looking for a Key Account Manager

This role is a unique opportunity to join a team working on projects of strategic importance for the country’s defense. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing cooperation strategies with key customers worldwide

The ideal candidate is someone with strategic thinking, strong partnership‑building skills, and a passion for driving innovation in a dynamic environment. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with international key accounts; 
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close commercial agreements; 
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets; 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution; 
  • Proactively resolve client issues and manage conflict situations; 
  • Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients. 

 

Skills Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager / Account Manager / Business Development Manager; 
  • Proven experience working with international clients (EU / US or other global markets); 
  • B2/C1 level of English (both written and spoken); 
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing contracts with foreign partners; 
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and full client lifecycle management; 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
