Together with Vlada Dzhobolda, Design Team Lead (Organic Growth Team) at Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals for our Headway blog.

What will you do:

• Create engaging visuals for blog articles, both to enrich the copy and convert users (main focus on raster images and data visualization).
• Localize images for different languages and markets.
• Resize image assets.
• Potentially create visual content for Pinterest.
• Take care of assets and the template library to stay organized and speed up the creative workflow.

What do you need to join us:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing design, blog design, or SMM design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with AI tools for image generation (e.g., Sora, Nano Banana, Midjourney, or similar), including strong prompt-writing skills.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work with a high volume of tasks.
• Experience with data visualization (infographics).
• English at B1+ level.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Nice to have an understanding of SEO principles and how search engines work.
