Cold Email Outreach Manager
You’ll run our entire cold email operation: 75 domains, 150 email accounts, end to end. This means daily monitoring, lead generation, campaign execution, and keeping our infrastructure healthy. You need to know cold outreach practically — what actually lands in inbox, what gets flagged as spam, and how to fix it when things break.
What You’ll Do
- Daily operations: Monitor deliverability, campaign metrics, and system health; fix issues as they arise
- Lead generation: Pull leads from advanced databases, clean data, verify emails before upload
- Response management: Handle replies, qualify prospects, book discovery calls; escalate technical questions to pre-sales
- Infrastructure: Warm email accounts, coordinate domain setup with contractors, ensure CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance
Performance: Track open rates, response rates, conversions; recommend improvements
Requirements
Must have:
- 2+ years hands-on cold outreach or sales development experience
- Experience managing multi-domain email infrastructure at scale
- Deep knowledge of email deliverability, warming protocols, spam prevention
- Proficiency with lead gen tools (Sales Navigator-type) and email platforms (Snov.io)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data management
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot)
