About the Role
 

We’re looking for a Recruiter who genuinely enjoys the process of finding great people and connecting them with the right opportunities.
 

If you like sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, communicating with people, and playing an important role in building strong teams, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do
 

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing → interviews → offers)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires
• Help improve and optimize hiring workflows as the company grows
   

What We’re Looking For
 

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting
• English level B2+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
