Technical Support Specialist
International affiliate marketing network. This role provides internal technical support only, working closely with the existing technical team to support daily operations, systems, and data flows. The position is designed as a backup and support role to an existing technical operations specialist and will be part of the same team.
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support internal teams with day-to-day technical tasks, system checks, integrations, and data-related issues. The role is support-focused and operational, not client-facing, and does not require deep engineering skills. Candidates with experience in affiliate platforms or tracking systems are a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide internal technical and IT support to team members
- Assist with daily system checks and operational troubleshooting
- Support integrations and data-related tasks
- Identify and report system, data, or configuration issues
- Work with internal tracking platforms and tools
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical staff
Support basic reporting and spreadsheet-related tasks
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in technical support, IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role
- Basic to intermediate technical support level
- Affiliate/iGaming Experience: Advantage, but not mandatory
- S2S Postbacks: Strong advantage

Employment Terms:
