Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are currently looking for a proactive and communicative Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will help us identify potential clients, build relationships through written communication, and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales
  •  Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email communication
  •  Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Expandi, etc.)
  •  Basic understanding of custom software development and IT outsourcing industry
  •  Strong written communication skills and ability to build conversations with prospects
  •  Ability to identify client needs through written communication
  •  Self motivated and able to work independently
  •  Quick learner and strong team player
  •  Upper intermediate level of English or higher


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email
  • Build conversations with prospects and identify their needs and challenges through written communication
  • Qualify leads and determine their fit for our services
  • Arrange discovery meetings with the sales team when a potential opportunity is identified
  • Maintain structured follow ups and nurture leads
  • Manage leads and communication history in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies

 

What We Offer:
• Fully remote
• 21 paid vacation days + 3 paid sick leave days
• Working schedule: 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00 (Kyiv time)
• Cooperation format: Ukrainian FOP or European B2B contract
