We are currently looking for a proactive and communicative Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will help us identify potential clients, build relationships through written communication, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email communication
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Expandi, etc.)
- Basic understanding of custom software development and IT outsourcing industry
- Strong written communication skills and ability to build conversations with prospects
- Ability to identify client needs through written communication
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Quick learner and strong team player
- Upper intermediate level of English or higher
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Build conversations with prospects and identify their needs and challenges through written communication
- Qualify leads and determine their fit for our services
- Arrange discovery meetings with the sales team when a potential opportunity is identified
- Maintain structured follow ups and nurture leads
- Manage leads and communication history in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
What We Offer:

• Working schedule: 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00 (Kyiv time)
