BI Analyst Lead (iGaming)

Our partners are looking for a strategic BI Lead to bridge the gap between complex data and actionable business growth. You will spearhead the analytics stream, transforming raw traffic and player data into a clear roadmap for product and marketing optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Analytics Roadmap: Lead the BI strategy focused on acquisition, player behavior, and product performance;
• Ensure End-to-End Visibility: Build and maintain full-funnel transparency, linking initial traffic sources to gameplay patterns and final monetization;
• Optimize Performance: Analyze affiliate quality, conversion funnels, and player LTV to identify growth levers and eliminate inefficiencies;
• Drive Product Insights: Evaluate player engagement and retention trends to provide data-driven recommendations for UX and revenue enhancements;
• Manage Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests for onboarding flows, bonus mechanics, and new features;
• Lead and Mentor the Team: Manage and grow a team of analysts, establishing high standards for data storytelling and technical deliverables;
• Oversee Data Governance: Collaborate with DWH teams to align KPIs, standardize definitions, and ensure absolute data integrity across all platforms.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, including at least 2+ years specifically within the iGaming industry;
• 1+ year of proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role (Lead / Head of / Senior);
• Deep domain expertise: Mastery of iGaming-specific metrics (GGR/NGR, FTDs, LTV, Retention, and Churn);
• Expert-level SQL (PostgreSQL / BigQuery);
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for advanced modeling and data manipulation;
• Hands-on experience with BI Tools: Tableau, Apache Superset, or Looker Studio;
• Product and Business Mindset: Ability to translate technical data into strategic business recommendations;
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.

Technical Stack:

• SQL: PostgreSQL / BigQuery;
• Python: Pandas, NumPy;
• BI: Tableau / Apache Superset / Looker Studio.
