About us
DreamDev Solutions is a WordPress development team working with clients from the EU and the US. We focus on technical projects including large scale WordPress websites, migrations, performance optimization, and headless solutions. We are looking for a structured lead generation specialist who can build a pipeline from research to qualified sales calls.
Who we are looking for
Someone who works with a clear and proven process. You define the ICP, build cadences, test messaging, work with CRM, and consistently deliver qualified meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Ideal Customer Profile. Research and validate contacts such as CEOs, CTOs, and Heads of Development or Product.
- Build and execute multichannel communication sequences across LinkedIn, Upwork, and email.
- Create personalized outreach messages and follow up sequences and run A/B testing.
- Qualify leads using BANT, CHAMP, or another agreed framework.
- Maintain CRM in HubSpot or Google Sheets, ensuring clean data and weekly reporting.
- Hand over call ready leads to the sales team and join short handoff discussions when needed.
- Requirements
- Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales, or proven case studies.
- Understanding of B2B sales and ability to qualify and prioritize leads.
- English level B1 to B2, sufficient for written communication and short calls.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset and ability to track and interpret metrics such as open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, and conversion.
- Self management and discipline in reporting.
