Mobile App Growth Manager (TikTok / Reels) – iOS Apps

We are a startup studio focused on building and launching mobile apps, primarily targeting users in the US and Canadian markets.

Our team handles the full product lifecycle — from idea and development to infrastructure and continuous iteration. We build subscription-based mobile apps and move quickly to test, launch, and scale new products.

We are now looking for a Growth Manager with hands-on experience in growing mobile apps, especially through short-form content platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

About the Role

This role focuses on organic growth for iOS mobile apps.

You will be responsible for creating and testing content strategies that drive installs and revenue, especially through short-form video platforms. We’re looking for someone who understands how mobile apps grow — from viral hooks and content loops to conversion and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish short-form TikTok and Instagram Reels content targeting US and Canadian audiences
• Test hooks, content formats, and messaging to improve reach and engagement
• Identify and scale viral content patterns that drive app installs
• Analyze performance data and iterate quickly
• Work closely with the product team to improve conversion and user experience

Requirements

• Proven experience growing mobile apps (especially iOS apps)
• Strong understanding of TikTok / Instagram Reels growth mechanics
• Experience with organic acquisition strategies for mobile apps
• Understanding of mobile app monetization (subscriptions, retention, LTV)
• Ability to experiment quickly and optimize based on data

Bonus / Nice to Have

• Experience working with subscription-based mobile apps
• Experience scaling apps targeting the US market
• Background in growth hacking or performance marketing for apps
• Portfolio of campaigns or content that drove measurable installs or revenue
