Product Owner (Business Analysis Background)
About the Company
We develop our own FinTech and Trading products, primarily working with white-label and white-box solutions.
The company is currently in a phase of active scaling, expanding both our product ecosystem and team.
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner, ideally with a strong Business Analysis background.
Our ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional who can deeply analyze business logic and serve as an effective bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.
This is not a growth product role and not a marketing-focused position.
This is a system-oriented product role focused on product logic, requirements, and execution.
Responsibilities
50% — Analysis & Requirements
- Decompose business requirements into structured tasks
- Analyze and document business logic and edge cases
- Prepare detailed product requirements
- Define acceptance criteria
- Describe tasks from a business logic perspective
- Transfer well-structured requirements to the development team
Work closely with the VP of R&D
30% — Process Management
- Sprint planning
- Task prioritization
- Maintain roadmap / Gantt planning
- Monitor delivery and implementation
- Optimize and track team efficiency
20% — Communication
- Work with internal stakeholders
- Discuss and validate product changes
- Handle feature requests coming from clients
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in IT (BA / Product Owner / Product Manager)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Experience writing detailed product and functional requirements
- Ability to structure and document complex processes
- Understanding of API integrations and backend/frontend interaction
- Experience working with complex IT systems

Working Conditions
- Remote position
- Standard working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Kyiv time)
- Occasionally urgent tasks may arise outside standard hours (overtime is paid)
- We expect high involvement and readiness to respond quickly in critical situations
