Job Description
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules
- Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for extending and customizing D365 solutions
- Proven experience in customizing and configuring D365 entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations
- Good knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, and data modeling within D365
- Familiarity with integration scenarios (REST APIs, Service Bus, Azure Functions) and connecting D365 with external systems
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for D365 client-side scripting and UI customization
- Knowledge of deployment pipelines and ALM for Power Platform solutions (Azure DevOps, Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams, with solid understanding of SDLC practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+)
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions in D365 Sales and Service to meet business needs
- Build and customize Power Apps and Power Automate flows for workflow automation and business process optimization
- Implement and maintain integrations between D365 and external systems using APIs, Service Bus, and Azure services
- Develop and deploy plugins, scripts, and extensions to enhance D365 functionality
- Configure and optimize Dataverse schemas, security models, and access controls
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user stories, and translate them into technical solutions
- Support end-to-end testing and deployment of D365 changes, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and estimation activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 configurations, integrations, and workflows
