We expect you to have:
Technical education.
Experience working with the console (cmd).
Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 (would be a plus).
Good knowledge of Windows 10 (required).
Basic knowledge of SQL, at least 3 months of experience, select, join.
Experience with any CRM system (a plus).
Basic knowledge of API processes.
Competent written and spoken language.
Strong communication skills, responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Timely response to customer inquiries.
Solving problems at the technical level.
Assigning tasks to the second line of support with a description.
Monitoring the deadlines for completing tasks related to inquiries.

Work schedule during the probationary period Mon-Fri: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Kyiv time (on-call duty on weekends, 1-2 times a month).
