Workeron.ai is a product company building AI agents and digital employees for modern businesses. Our agents take over repetitive operations, research, coordination and reporting so that teams can focus on creative and strategic work.
We are now forming the core team that will turn this into a scalable product business.
Your main goal is to build a marketing machine that:
- Systematically delivers a predictable flow of qualified B2b and B2c leads.
- Rapidly validates product hypotheses from product owners through real traffic, experiments and paid customers.
You should be able to design and run omnichannel funnels yourself, and read the numbers well enough to kill what does not work and double down on what does.
What you will do
1. Strategy and positioning
- Define and sharpen the value proposition of our AI agent products for different segments (founders, C level, operations, SMB, mid market).
- Segment the market by use case, industry and company size and map pain points for each.
- Build a 3 month and 12 month growth plan focused on fast learning cycles, not big one shot campaigns.
2. Growth experiments and hypothesis validation
- Turn product ideas into clear testable hypotheses: audience, problem, promise, offer, channel, metric.
- Design and run A/B tests on landing pages, pricing, bundles, trials, paywalls and onboarding flows.
- Quickly spin up micro MVPs or offer pages for new agent types and verticals.
- Use experiment results to give direct feedback to product owners and influence the roadmap.
3. Omnichannel funnels and performance marketing
Build and manage end to end funnels across several channels:
- Paid ads: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, possibly TikTok and others.
- Content and organic: LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, blog, communities.
- Email and marketing automation: lead magnets, nurture sequences, webinars.
- Partnerships: agencies, consultants, platforms, affiliate programs.
- In product funnels: free trials, demo flows, upgrade prompts.
- Set up tracking and analytics for each funnel: CAC, LTV, conversion by step, payback period, ROMI.
- Own budgets and continuously reallocate spend based on performance.
4. Content, creative and assets
- Create or commission high converting creatives: ads, videos, carousels, landing pages, one pagers.
- Build a content plan around use cases, case studies, live demos and behind the scenes of agent building.
- Manage contractors and tools for design, copy, video and no code landing page building.
5. Sales and product collaboration
- Align with founder and sales on ICP, qualification rules and follow up process.
- Prepare sales enablement materials: decks, demo scripts, battle cards, ROI calculators.
- Bring back structured insights from calls and campaigns: objections, desired features, language customers actually use.
- Help define and refine pricing and packaging based on real purchase behavior.
Expected outcomes
After 1 month
- Deep understanding of our product vision, current hypotheses and target segments.
- Clear written positioning and messaging for 2 to 3 core segments.
- At least 3 product hypotheses fully tested end to end: traffic, funnel, offer and pricing.
- For each of these 3 hypotheses there is at least one paying customer or paid pilot, with unit economics and funnel metrics documented.
After 3 months
- 1 to 2 best performing hypotheses are turned into scalable growth engines.
- For these winning directions you have:
- Stable flow of qualified leads at planned CAC.
- Repeatable process from first touch to paid deal.
- Clear playbooks for channels, creatives, follow up and sales handoff.
- A tested channel mix with budget allocation rules and expected ranges for CAC, LTV and payback period.
- Weekly growth report and decision ritual based on numbers, not opinions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing and growth in tech: SaaS, mobile products or B2B software.
- Proven track record of taking a product from near zero to repeatable sales through marketing.
- Hands on experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and setting up tracking.
- Strong funnel and CRO skills: you know how to move numbers from impression to paid.
- Comfortable building and reading dashboards using GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar tools.
- Experience with English speaking markets (US or EU) is a strong plus.
- Solid written and spoken English (Upper Intermediate or higher).
