IT Business Analyst

We are looking for IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving BA processes across multiple projects, supporting Project Managers (PMs) with their BA challenges, and helping to maintain our BA knowledge base. Also, you will step into a Business Analyst role on specific project. Main domains: healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, and SaaS.
 

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst.
- Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum / Kanban environments.
- Experience working with diverse domains such as healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, and SaaS.
- Experience in reviewing and improving BA processes across multiple projects.
- Experience in pre-sales
- Strong experience writing: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases
Functional / Non-functional requirements
- Solid experience with business process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Strong knowledge of documentation tools:
Clickup (Jira, Notion or similar tools)
- Understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL basics), and system integration.
- Solid Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Lucidchart, Miro).

Responsibilities

- Review and improve BA processes across various projects to ensure consistency, quality, and best practices.
- Support Project Managers with their BA-related challenges, providing expertise in requirements management, business process modeling, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain and enrich the BA knowledge base, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and industry practices.
- Business Analyst role on projects, working directly with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, model business processes, and support implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to align business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams.
- Participate in Pre-sales
 

Would be a plus

- Experience with product discovery, product management, and business transformation.
- Certifications like PMI-PBA, or similar.
- Previous experience working in process improvements within BA teams.
