What you'll do:

• Design and optimize modern data platforms using Azure Data Lake, Databricks, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and NoSQL.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT workflows and data models for analytics and AI.
• Ensure high performance and reliability across distributed data processing jobs.
• Implement data quality checks, lineage, and observability.
• Apply governance, access controls, and security best practices across data assets.
• Deliver clean, reliable datasets for Power BI and advanced analytics.
• Support data products powering ML and Generative AI workloads.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Partner with architects and analysts; mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to best practices and continuous platform improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform development, or analytics engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Databricks (PySpark/SQL, Delta Lake), Azure, Microsoft Fabric and/or Snowflake 
• Proven experience designing and building large‑scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of distributed data processing.
• Experience supporting BI environments (Power BI is a plus).
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks, governance, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
