Team Lead of Sales (Contact Center / iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead of Sales to manage and develop a team of Sales Managers working with our existing player database through outbound calls.

The primary focus of this role is to improve team performance, increase deposit volume, and ensure high-quality communication with players.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Sales Managers (Contact Center)
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement
• Track and analyze key metrics, including:
  • Deposit Volume
  • Hold
  • Conversion Rate
  • Contact Rate
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings and provide coaching
• Monitor call quality and ensure communication standards are maintained
• Work closely with CRM systems and player databases to improve sales efficiency
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Proven experience in iGaming Sales, Retention, or VIP management
• Previous experience as a Team Lead or Senior Sales Manager
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs and player behavior
• Experience working in a contact center environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
