Middle Recruiter Non -IT / HR Specialist

We are looking for a Middle Recruiter / HR Specialist who will help us build and scale a strong team by attracting talented professionals across non-technical roles.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys finding great people, building recruitment pipelines, and improving hiring processes in a fast-growing environment.

You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure we bring in the right people who can help the company grow.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for Non-IT positions (marketing, sales, operations, support, etc.)
• Source candidates through:
  • LinkedIn
  • job platforms
  • professional communities
  • direct outreach
• Conduct HR interviews and candidate screenings
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
• Evaluate soft skills, motivation, and cultural fit
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future roles
• Support and improve recruitment processes
• Assist with HR activities such as:
  • onboarding new employees
  • HR communications
  • maintaining HR documentation

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment
• Strong candidate sourcing skills
• Experience conducting structured interviews
• Experience using LinkedIn and job platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• English level B1+ or higher

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for marketing or sales roles
• Experience in startups, EdTech, or fast-growing companies
• Experience working with ATS systems (Huntflow, Workable, BambooHR, etc.)
