Now, we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist who can help us scale sustainably, by building smart, efficient, and thoughtful sourcing systems that support every part of our supply chain.

Now — who are we looking for?

You’re a builder at heart. You’re not just placing orders — you’re thinking in systems, catching risks early, and creating processes that make everyone’s job smoother.

You can manage suppliers across geographies, juggle logistics timelines, and make sure the right product shows up at the right place, at the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Improve and own the entire procurement system — from sourcing to delivery
• Develop processes to ensure clarity, efficiency, and scalability in all purchasing operations
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and monitor performance
• Coordinate shipping, customs, and logistics — especially international freight and warehouse handoffs
• Forecast product demand and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Collaborate closely with production, operations, and finance teams
• Create clear documentation, reporting, and spend visibility across all purchases
• Identify areas for cost savings, process improvement, and risk mitigation

What You Bring

• Experience building procurement or supply chain processes (not just following them)
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor management expertise
• Deep understanding of international sourcing and logistics
• Fluency in English (B2–C1) and Russian — written and spoken
• High attention to detail and the ability to track multiple moving parts
• Confidence working independently and making informed decisions
• Comfortable with remote work and working in U.S. (Pacific) time zone hours

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with freight, warehousing, or customs logistics
• Familiarity with U.S.-based supply chain expectations
• Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems
• Background working with fast-scaling wellness, DTC, or CPG brands
