Recruiter / Senior Recruiter (In-house) | Cyprus (Office)

An international financial services company is expanding its Cyprus office and is looking for an experienced Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to join the in-house team.
 

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer stage)
• Hiring for roles in IT, Marketing, and Business Development
• Close collaboration with hiring managers
• Supporting the growth and scaling of the Cyprus office.
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (Middle / Senior level)
• Experience hiring for IT or tech-related roles
• English B2+ (ability to conduct interviews)
• Russian will be a strong advantage
• Willingness to work full-time from the office in Cyprus
   

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech / IT companies
