Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

• Take responsibility for creating algorithms and mathematical models representing a game.
• Design and implement advanced mathematical models and algorithms for games.
• Present results and findings in a clear, structured manner.
• Work closely with the Back-end developers.
• Validate, simulate, and sign off game models to ensure they work as intended.
• Troubleshoot technical implementation issues with engineers.

• Provide answers and explanations to relevant mathematical questions for game designers, engineers, compliance, and other departments.

   

Qualifications

• Have a university degree in mathematics or programming.
• Have at least 2 years of work experience as a mathematician or developer in a math intensive environment (e.g., finance, data, gaming).
• Demonstrate practical knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Possess a strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, including understanding of algorithmic complexity.
• Have excellent working knowledge of combinatorics, probability, and statistics.
• Are familiar with MS Excel.

• Have intermediate English proficiency.

Our team designs and develops high‑performing casino games for an established and rapidly growing program. As a Game Mathematician, you will be involved throughout the entire game creation process—collaborating closely with producers, designers, and developers to craft engaging and mathematically sound game experiences. Your work will include designing game mechanics, building and analyzing mathematical models, creating paytables and probability structures, and ensuring balance, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
