Daily responsibilities

• Support the CFO in implementing the company’s financial strategy aligned with long-term business goals
• Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
• Prepare financial analysis, reports, and insights for management decision-making
• Monitor cash flow, budget execution, and cost optimization initiatives
• Coordinate interactions with banks, external auditors, and financial service providers
• Development of ERP systems and financial processes

• Supervise and mentor members of the finance team

  
   

We expect from the candidate

• Experience in a senior financial leadership role (Deputy CFO) in fintech or related industries
• Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, risk management, and financial analysis
• Hands-on experience in BI systems (Qlik) 
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Experience with BAF/BAS systems
• High analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability
• Experience implementing and optimizing financial processes and ERP systems
