About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist (Partnership Manager) who will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing our partner network. Your key mission will be to develop new traffic acquisition channels and establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
 Key Responsibilities

 New Partner Acquisition

  • Identify and initiate contact with potential partners, including:
    • Digital goods suppliers
    • Payment providers
    • Affiliate platforms and webmasters
    • Influencers and YouTube channels
    • Media outlets, review websites, and price aggregators
  • Research new markets and traffic acquisition channels
  • Collect and structure information about potential partners
  • Develop and propose cooperation formats
  • Conduct outreach via email, calls, and meetings to close partnerships
  • Prepare and send platform presentations and basic partnership terms
  • Coordinate and issue partner promo codes

Managing Existing Partnerships

  • Maintain regular communication with active partners (webmasters, aggregators, suppliers, etc.)
  • Support onboarding and activation: registration, sharing materials, tracking first results
  • Monitor performance and identify inactive partners
  • Update partnership information and propose new cooperation formats
  • Optimize and expand existing collaborations

Requirements

  • 1โ€“2+ years of experience in Lead Generation , affiliate marketing, or business development
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and traffic acquisition models
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partner performance
  • Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
  • English level: at least Intermediate (Upper-Intermediate preferred)+ Russian (fluent)
