Recruiter
White Test Lab is looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to join our team and support the hiring process for both technical and non-technical roles.
In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, contribute to sourcing strategies, and help ensure a structured and positive recruitment process.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1+ year of recruitment experience in an IT company.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer stage).
• Experience using LinkedIn, job platforms, headhunting, and Boolean search to find candidates.
• Experience working with ATS systems and managing candidate pipelines.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with candidates and hiring managers.
• High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have:
• English level B1+ or higher.
• Experience hiring for technical roles.
• Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job platforms, and direct search.
• Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview stages and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS (PeopleForce).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
