Middle Power BI Specialist

CUSTOMER
Our customer is headquartered in Germany and is one of Europe’s leading logistics providers. They specialize in developing and implementing integrated supply chain systems, leveraging data to optimize logistics operations. Operating across multiple European countries, they are recognized for innovation in logistics technology and sustainability initiatives.

PROJECT
The project aims to build a new analytics dashboard solution for a logistics system while maintaining and supporting existing Power BI frontend solutions already in production. The goal is to enhance data-driven decision-making through advanced visualization and reporting tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and implement new analytics dashboard solutions using Power BI for logistics operations
• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI frontend solutions already in production
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations and reports
• Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across dashboards and reports
• Customize Power BI templates and components to meet specific business needs
• Work with SQL datasets and integrate multiple data sources into unified dashboards

• Support and troubleshoot issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards

   

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience with Power BI for building dashboards and reports
• Good understanding of data structures and data analysis
• Experience working with Power BI semantic models, including relationships and data organization
• Ability to work with Power BI templates and customize reports
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations
• Advanced Power BI knowledge and practical experience
• Proficiency with SQL datasets
• Strong ability to create complex reports and dashboards
• Experience with DAX and Tabular Editor
• Knowledge of Star Schema for Power BI data modeling
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Upper-Intermediate English level

   

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience with real or near real-time data processing in Power BI
