What You’ll Be Doing

Handle inbound calls (warm base):

• Advise players on products, promotions, bonuses, and rules.
• Assist with technical questions and account issues.
• Provide information on payments and verification.

• Identify player needs and recommend relevant products/offers (upsell/cross-sell).

   

Make outbound calls (cold & warm base):

• Actively attract new users via sales calls.
• Reactivate existing users.
• Inform players about new promotions, exclusive offers, and bonuses.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations.
   

Work with objections:

• Identify and address client objections effectively.
• Find solutions to meet player needs and build trust.
   

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You’re fluent in Russian and Turkish (spoken and written).
• Strong sales skills: identifying needs, presenting products, closing deals.
• Confident in handling objections and negotiating solutions.
• Excellent communication: clear speech, pleasant voice, active listening.

• Resilient under pressure, maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
