Content/Growth Partner (TikTok / Reels) – Revenue Share $

About the Role:
We are launching a high-potential AI-powered dating mobile app targeting the US market, and we are looking for a skilled growth partner to handle content creation and organic growth.

Important: This is a revenue-sharing partnership role, not a salaried full-time position. You will collaborate long-term, with compensation tied directly to performance and app revenue. All product development, technical infrastructure, and costs are fully handled on our side—your focus is solely on growth and content strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish short-form TikTok & Instagram Reels content tailored to the US audience
• Test hooks, formats, and messaging to optimize engagement and organic reach
• Analyze performance: what works, what doesn’t, and iterate fast

• Suggest and execute growth experiments aligned with app metrics

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience with TikTok / Instagram Reels content strategy
• Experience growing mobile apps in the US market with measurable results
• Understanding of viral content, growth hacking, and app monetization

• Long-term mindset: ready to iterate until results are achieved

• Experience working with mobile apps generating hundreds of thousands of dollars per month
• Portfolio of previous campaigns, content, or growth experiments

• Strong understanding of subscription models, user retention, and monetization
