z/OS Developer (FIPS 140-3)

We're looking for an experienced z/OS Developer with hands-on knowledge of FIPS 140-3 cryptographic standards to join our team on a full-time remote basis.

What you'll do:

Develop, maintain, and optimize applications on IBM z/OS mainframe environments

Implement and validate cryptographic modules in compliance with FIPS 140-3 requirements

Collaborate with security and architecture teams to ensure regulatory compliance

Troubleshoot and resolve mainframe-related issues in production and development environments

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in z/OS development (COBOL, PL/I, Assembler, or Java on z/OS)

Hands-on experience with FIPS 140-3 certification and cryptographic implementation

Strong understanding of mainframe security architecture

Experience in banking, finance, or government sectors is a plus

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
