AI-First Developer

We're hiring an AI-First Developer who works primarily through AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf) to deliver features and fixes at high velocity. You'll be orchestrating AI agents, reviewing their output, and steering implementations toward production quality. 

Responsibilities: 

• Implement features and resolve bugs using AI coding tools as your primary workflow 
• Navigate and understand existing codebases — architecture, file structure, dependencies 
• Follow TDD: write tests first, validate failure, implement, verify 
• Maintain per-feature documentation (MD files) 
• Ship fast, iterate, communicate blockers 

Requirements: 

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) 
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar codebases and spot issues 
• Strong debugging skills — catch and correct AI-generated mistakes 
• Comfortable with Node.js / TypeScript / Python stack 
• Self-driven, proactive, no hand-holding needed 
• English: working proficiency (async team communication) 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with TDD workflows 
• Familiarity with Proxmox, Hetzner, or similar infrastructure 
• Understanding of multi-agent AI systems
